I found the WhatsApp Virtual Concierge helpful for resolving queries quickly. The smooth departure process made leaving quite easy.

helpful staff clean hotel excellent location
the staff were helpful and cute, making me feel valued i found the cleanliness of the hotel perfect, from the lobby to my room the location was excellent, nice for easy access to shops and attractions i appreciated the attentiveness.
i did notice some slight wear and tear on the hallway carpets near my room.

the king room bradshaw included a spacious work desk the lighting was adjustable with bedside controls a large television provided entertainment i appreciated the comfortable seating area.

the concierge was very helpful with directions the reception staff offered quick assistance the housekeeping team kept the room super clean i appreciated their responsiveness to requests for extra towels.

charmed by this central stay
free champagne friendly staff beautiful restoration
the check-in was a delight. i was offered a glass of champagne while the staff completed the check-in process at a lounge. the staff were well-trained and friendly (i was charmed by their attention). the hotel had been beautifully restored.
the temperature on the heating seemed to increase by itself. i set it at 19.5 and woke up with it on 28 degrees in the middle of the night.

the breakfast was great (especially the english breakfast!). it was of excellent quality. the dining room had an excellent decor. breakfast provided fantastic value.

beautiful restoration tasteful decor helpful staff
i enjoyed the beautiful restoration of the building. the reception area decor was tasteful. the hotel was super clean throughout, and the staff provided helpful assistance. i was impressed that they told me about the history of the hotel.
the hotel restaurant had limited hours, only open for three evenings, which wasn't clearly stated on the website, and room service was unavailable after 9:30 pm.

The staff gave excellent service during check-in. A glass of champagne was available in the lounge while I completed registration. The breakfast included top quality produce. It also had fresh items cooked precisely to order.
I noticed there were limited amenities. The hotel doesn't have a gym, spa, or a pool. I also noticed a parking charge of £40. They did not tell me about this beforehand.

the bathroom was spacious! it had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room service was prompt and efficient.

warm welcome glass bottle early closure lounge area
I received a warm welcome from the concierge. they treated me to a glass of champagne. the hotel also provided fresh milk in small glass bottles for tea. This was really nice!!!
the hotel bar is within the main restaurant. it closed early at 10:30pm, so no late drinks for me. i also found no lounge area to relax or read in.
